The modules in the courses are designed to address the main issues that get in the way of turning a good athlete into an elite one. We focus on obtaining the mental tools and clarity needed to overcome our own mental shortcomings. By learning these very critical processes, we not only learn how to be better athletes, but better people and lifelong learners.
Athletes receive extensive physical training from coaches and trainers, but individualized mental coaching is often missing. Many struggle with anxiety, fear, inconsistency, stagnation, and burnout. Mental training is crucial—often more important than physical training—for reaching elite levels. To take your game to the highest level, adopting a pro mindset is essential, as training hard alone isn’t enough.
The program is directed towards young athletes in the mid to later years of high school through college and semi-pro. It's best suited for athletes looking for the next step in their athletic careers. With that said, we absolutely welcome recreational athletes of the same age and older.
Yes, there will be some course materials. You will be given at least access to the recordings of each session. We may suggest reading material that will be purchased at your expense, but any material we suggest for purchase is optional and not needed to complete the program.
The program is structured into intuitive modules with each module being addressed in each session. The lessons build on each other, so it's critical not to miss any sessions. Typically, the sessions are 45 minutes long, with some time for questions at the end.
Our goal for our student-athletes is to give you the tools to create solutions to the mental obstacles you face now or in the future. Every lesson should be practiced regularly for effectiveness. It's our aim to create resilient minds, clear paths for athletic confidence and progress, and better opportunities to find fulfillment and joy in the sports you play.
The coaching is delivered via Zoom calls. It is highly recommended that each athlete set aside time and quiet place with access to a computer screen (not a cell phone unless they absolutely must). We may share our screens or open up the call for discussion, so we need an environment free from distractions.
As of this update, there are not a lot of ongoing support options. For purchases of the Pro Mentorship Package, they will have access to unlimited coaching calls for 1 year. We may create an option for the Group Coaching Package to purchase additional group sessions.
