Meet Coach Matthew McNab
Matthew has more than 10 years of experience professional, personal, nutrition, and performance-based coaching and has worked both in team and one-on-one environments. He currently resides in Torrance, CA and remains an active participant in local sports programs.

Matthew started all four years as goalkeeper for Westmont College in Santa Barbara, earning many accolades, including 2nd Team All-American, Student-Athlete Awards, and captaining his senior year.
Matthew met one of soccer's most world-renowned players, Kaká, welcoming him to LA at an exclusive networking event with other pro, semi-pro, and competitive athletes showcasing their talents.
At the same event in Los Angeles, Matthew met with Marcelo Sarvas, who helped the LA Galaxy MLS team win two MLS Cups after playing at the professional level in Brazil, Sweden, and Poland.
Matthew continues to stay active. He still coaches goalkeepers, plays in competitive leagues and national competitions, shoots landscape and nature photography, and hikes

Our live Pro Packages and online courses target the key mental blocks that keep good athletes from becoming great. We teach proven tools for clarity, focus, and resilience—transforming not just athletic performance, but personal growth and lifelong mindset.
Most athletes get physical training, but mental coaching is often overlooked—even though it’s what separates the elite from the rest. We tackle anxiety, fear, burnout, and inconsistency head-on so athletes can train and compete with total confidence and control.
This program is ideal for serious athletes from late high school to college or semi-pro levels looking to elevate their game. Recreational athletes and older participants are also welcome—if you're ready to take your performance seriously, you're a fit.
Yes—every participant gets access to recordings of each session. Occasionally we recommend outside reading (optional and not required to complete the program), but all core materials are included.
The Accelerated program includes five online modules, plus a bonus Nutrition module, all designed to be completed in sequence. Each lesson builds on the last, typically running 30–60 minutes. Skipping sessions is discouraged, as the flow is intentional for lasting results.
You’ll walk away with a set of practical tools to overcome the mental obstacles holding you back—now and in the future. Our aim is to fast-track your progress, helping you gain confidence, improve performance, and find renewed purpose and enjoyment in your sport.
Live sessions are held via Zoom and require a quiet space with a computer screen for full participation. These interactive calls may include screen sharing or group discussion. The Accelerated program, on the other hand, is fully online and accessed through our secure membership portal.
At this time, we don’t offer long-term support as our focus is on giving each new group our full attention. However, one-on-one coaching sessions may be available for purchase if you’d like continued guidance after the program ends.
